Andrej has been the Managing Director for Africa since March 2018. He is part of the global Lumi Management team. With the objective of growing the Lumi footprint in Africa, his responsibilities include strategy and business execution for Lumi within the listed and member based meetings sector. Andrej introduced the Lumi shareholder and member meeting technology to South Africa in 2006 after extensive training in the UK. Since then, the Lumi software has been used successfully by key listed companies at their general and annual general meetings in South Africa. He is a strong advocate of going electronic to ensure fair and inclusive voting and as part of the Lumi Management Team, assists companies with incorporating technology at their meetings, including virtual and hybrid solutions.
